Did anyone feel a bit let down by the lack of anything happening with the brother? There was so much build up with the dread of him, that it felt anti-climactic when he finally shows back up, and then not much happens....he just kind of disappears, never to be a problem again. I thought his character would bring more suspense in the final third of the book, she kind of just breezes through life from then on out.

I think the idea was to show that he changed but that's a bigger change than I can think is realistic. (less)
