Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

A.P. Shepherd I walk my best friend - my German Shepherd, quite often when it's dark out. We typically walk down the hiking trails - which are safe - but very spooky in the dark. It's quiet, and no one is out at this time... It's our time. I kept thinking as I walked past the tall fences of the beautiful homes there - "What would I do if I heard a scream?". Then I let the thought develop - and with my Shepherd by my side - I let my imagination go wild... "What could cause the scream?" Then I went off the deep end - and thought; Undead! How fun would that be to write. So I did :)
