Never give up or get frustrated from critiques. If you have an agent or editor critiquing your work, they believe in you and are giving you tools on how to make it better. I almost gave up a few times but realized that my agent could have just moved on from me, but she took the time to tell me all the things I could do to make it publish-worthy.
