At the risk of sounding glib, there is no such thing as an "aspiring" writer. Either you write, which makes you a writer, or you're not. Not everyone expresses himself by writing. Some people act, build bridges, make gourmet sandwiches. If you feel moved to write, stop aspiring and just write.
