I don't have writer's block. It's a luxury really. The deadline is the best inspiration ever. If you set a deadline for yourself as a writer, it helps move your forward; as I have publisher's setting a deadline, I know others are counting on me so I just show up and write. Some days are better than others but I know I'll be going back to edit later. I just need to get the story down.
