Hey, Neils! I'm so sorry I missed this question! My husband and I have mostly been eating this way for about three years. Very recently we've backslid a bit--or maybe we're just moderating. But we do eat predominantly this way.

Are all your books in paperback or just Kindle version? I read Lowcountry Boil but can't seem to find the others in this series at all. Please let me know how I can get "ahold of them".
