W. Bruce Cameron Hi! A Dog's Way Home is the first in the series, the sequel is A Dog's Courage. The Dog Master is COMPLETELY different, more dense, adult-themed, violent, and historical. And The Dogs of Christmas is light-hearted and feel-good. Does that help?
