Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

M.J. Pankey I was heavily inspired by the Iliad and the Lord of the Rings movies, I wanted that exciting multi-pov and moving parts but with Greek gods and heroes and heroines. This book is 20 years in the making, and I've gotten so many ideas from so many sources over the years. Many of the themes and character arcs are based on personal experiences I've had or phases of my life where my thinking wasn't what it should have been, and these are fun to play with when building my characters.
