Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Louis Berry I wrote The Surrency Affair about my wife's great grandparents' murder in 1936. When I began to research the facts of the case, there were a lot of things that caused consternation over the true motive for murder. I began to fantasize the souls of the victims, John and Mayme Surrency, were reincarnated as my wife and myself. It was my sole purpose in life to bring to light the truth. That has led to my current work. I'm 80k words into the first draft, and really like the story.
