In the Acknowledgements of Tyrannosaurus Wrecks, you mention that you went on a research road trip on I35 in Texas. How do you do "field research" like this? Do you just drive around?

Stuart Gibbs As I said in the acknowledgements, we visited a place on I35 that Snakes Alive was based on. (I can't say what the place is.) We did not just drive around, We specifically went to that place for research.
