I was a Classics major at Kenyon College where I began a lifelong interest in Homer's Odyssey. The inspiration for my new book, "The End of the Road," came when I combined an idea I had about a woman seeking vengeance after her boyfriend is shot with reimagining the Odyssey from Penelope's point of view.
