Hello! I am a big Meet Cute Diary fan and was wondering, what inspired you to write the book?

Emery Lee Hello! I've always been a huge fan of romcoms, but at the time I wrote MCD, I was really questioning my gender and realized we didn't have any romcoms with trans main characters. Really, every book I could find with a trans character was all about the struggle of identity and the pain of being trans, so I wanted to write something that had all the fun, frill, and thrill of the typical romcom where the main character just so happened to be trans.
