Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Shaun Meeks My most recent novel, Shutdown, was originally written in the early 2000's during the city wide blackout that lasted for days. During it, I was trapped in an elevator and the story was born from that. I set the novel aside for years and then rewrote it last year.
