When my daughters were younger they enjoyed fantasy books, but it was difficult to find any that weren't filled with sex and overwhelming violence. So, out of frustration I sat down and wrote Hatch for them. I never intended for it to be published, but that's another story.

Is there any word on the second book in the series? I read the teaser and i must say that is quite the teaser you picked the most unanimously hated person in the series and wrote about him giving us a peek at him instead of who we all want to know about ammon fulgid and el's new dragon. Please tell me that this second book is nearing completion.
