Early on in the book Ernest mentions there is a "plot hole big enough to drive a truck through" in the book, does anyone have an idea what it would be? And in the end does that mean that Alan alone had arranged the bank heist and the kidnapping of Jeremy or was it the McCauley's as well? All to get the photos?
