I do truly appreciate your idea and I hate to do anything to ruin a young reader's enthusiasm, but I think that a casino might not be the best location for a series aimed at younger readers since casinos are generally designed to appeal to adults. Generally, kids aren't even allowed on a casino floor, which would make the Spy School team a bad fit for investigating. However, if you really would like to do something with this idea, I would suggest that perhaps you could write a story yourself.

How is Joshua Hallal so strong? I get how in the second book he falls into a patch of slime or jello which took the impact of his damage, but after, he falls off a cenote and the Eiffel Tower and still survives. I either have a horrible memory of SSPX or I didn't seee it, but how did he survive?
