Dan Lyons In the early days of the pandemic lockdown in 2020, I took stock of my life and some of my bigger mistakes, and realized that all of them, in one way or another, could have been avoided if I had just STFU. Every big problem in my life was caused by me saying something that I didn't need to. So I set out to learn how to STFU. There are no courses. So I had to teach myself.
