Goodreads asked Elizabeth Morgan:

How do you deal with writer’s block?

Elizabeth Morgan Writers block isn't easy, especially when you want to write or you have a deadline looming, but find you can't quite get your head in the right place.

The best way to deal with writer's block is to sit down and try and write. Sounds crazy, but you could take a week out and give yourself time, but then you find a week becomes two, and then maybe three, and before you know you are procrastinating and getting so stressed over it.

So, whether you are at your computer or have a pad and pen, just try and scribble a couple of hundred words a day. It's not a lot, but it's a start and eventually you will be able to write your way out of that block.

That is my approach to dealing with it. It's tricky and frustrating, but some times life gets in the way, and your mind just refuses to work with you.
