Goodreads asked Breanne Randall:

What’s your advice for aspiring writers?

Breanne Randall Never. Ever. Ever. Give up. Count your rejections. Save them to a folder in your email. Print them out if you must. It's okay if you FEEL like giving up. Just don't give into it. Give yourself a break, and then get back to it. Don't let the rejections get you down. Let them invigorate you, knowing that you're getting one step closer to the perfect agent who is going to champion your dream. Let yourself feel bad, but then shove those feelings aside and let them fuel your steely nerve. It doesn't matter if it takes one month or twelve years, as long as your story gets into the world. Because your words matter. And nobody can share them like you can. And when you feel imposter syndrome kicking in, send me a message so I can tell you exactly how incredible you are.
