No help from Amazon at all. Read it anyway. I've formatted enough books, my own and others to know what went where. I liked the book, so reviewed it anyway. Already finished the next one and it had no problems whatsoever. Well, other than a few tiny little things I had no problem ignoring. I quite like the series and recommended to others. D.S. Lang Thanks so much! I asked several people who downloaded the second, third and fourth books within the last week. I was able to download three and four again, too, and none of us had any issues, so this is a mystery. I also asked in several of my author groups. I heard about similar issues with their books. Occasionally, something is off but only in isolated cases. No one had an explanation.
