Shima Mysteriously and without explanation it is.
(Though I think there was an allusion to it being some sort of human error as Joaquin mentioned not being able to look over everyone's work, etc. I imagine it being similar to somone making an error in a calculation, and then Joaquin ran the calculation again and got the right numbers)
