How do you deal with writer’s block?

Jennifer Blake I work through it with pen and paper in hand, brainstorming ideas for what can happen next in the book, culling nothing regardless of how overdone, trite or ridiculous. Eventually good ideas will come. If this fails, I get up from my desk and go clean something. Since my brain would rather be writing, it does its best to provide an idea that will get me out of housework!

Are all the heroines in your novels virgins? And if so, why? I really like some of your novels. I love the relationship between your heroes and heroines in those novels. I also don't mind the virgin heroines. But when I started reading your contemporary novels and found that it's a characteristic that repeats itself across all your books I have read so far, it reeks of double standards to me.
