Is there really such a thing? Perhaps the writer isn’t 100% satisfied with the way the project is going and tends to shy away from it. If you allow yourself enough “thinking time” then there shouldn’t be any problems that can’t be overcome eventually. It might be necessary to set a document aside for a year or two and work on something else, though!
