Goodreads asked Justin Sewall:

What’s your advice for aspiring writers?

Justin Sewall Are you willing to write for an audience of one? What I mean is, if you knew that only one other person was going to read your book, poetry collection, whatever it is you are passionate about, would you keep writing? If you can answer "yes," then keep writing. Hugh Howey, author of Amazon success "Wool" summed it up like this. Are you going to promote your one book, trying to drum up sales, or are you going to keep working on the next one?
