Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Cesar Gealogo Whether in government or private institutions you can observed some workers who is reluctant to do their job and even showing a rude behavior towards their colleagues and clientele. Some other workers also seems no concrete goals of what to achieve in life.

With this picture, it came to my mind to frame a book that could somehow help or guide a worker towards a sound work environment. Wherein each worker and its clientele can experience a conducive, cooperative and accommodating workplace.
