How do you deal with writer’s block?

April Grace I am always thinking about my stories, even while at work or out and about, so I'll often muddle through my plot points and solve plot holes in my head while I'm doing other things. But if I get really stuck, I'll usually sit down with a blank page in a notebook and try to come up with some ideas for potential scenes, character backgrounds or anything that could be useful for continuing with my story. The same with starting a brand new story.
