Andy Weir My main job on the film is to cash the check. :)

I have no authority. They can do whatever they want. They ran the screenplay by me to get my opinion and they keep me up to date on how the production is coming along. But they didn't have to do either of those things, they're just being cool.

Drew Goddard did an *excellent* job on the adaptation. We have that screenplay to thank for attracting all those incredible talents to the production. The movie comes out Nov 25, 2015.
