Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Deb E. Howell Well, I've still only got the one out in the public domain, and the next two follow on from that... so that's the "idea" I will go into here.
I guess the central idea of Healer's Touch would have to be the Aenuk power -- the shifting of life from one place to another. And, well, in it's latest form (in the Aenuk Chronicles), I ripped it off from my teenage self. And I can't pinpoint where I got that idea from back then (not to say it would have been entirely original -- what is?). Back in the day, I would have been enjoying a lot of super hero fiction: Gargoyles, The Crow, Batman, Buffy the Vampire Slayer... So, no doubt it was a melding of all those.
