Rick Riordan Usually the book that makes me cry is the one I am writing, especially when the deadline is approaching. But seriously, I just finished Light from Uncommon Stars, which made me tear up. Song of Achilles, for sure. The ending of The Amber Spyglass made me cry. I am sure there are more.
