Goodreads asked Aubrey Taylor:

How do you deal with writer’s block?

Aubrey Taylor Sometimes, I just need to sit down and write. Even if I have no real in spiration or havent resdearched a particular scene, if I can just sit down and hammer something out, it gets the creative juices flowing. If I like it I can go back and tweak it for detail ("fact check it!") later on. Plus it keeps me in touch with my characters and sometimes contributes to a book further down the line. If nothing else, it's cathartic. In fact, it's what I should be doing now. Happy reading!
