Lizzy It's not for children that's for sure. I think Y/A so 14 and up. It deals with a lot of heavier topics that kids may not be able to comprehend yet.
Teddy Bear Books I agree with Anne. Older kids will definitely understand it better than younger ones. Twelve year olds could probably get most of it, as I was this young when I read it. But overall, young adult.
Georgette No one. It's very confused, and insistent about gender stereotypes, except for special main character.

It's definitely not a kids story. I don't think kids would understand the meaning of some passages.
It deals with love, loss and adventure.
Honestly one of the best books I've come across.
