Question for the publisher - will you please publish an edition for Kindle that allows us sight-challenged readers to increase the font size for the online chats? They are necessary for the plot and the print is about a 3 or less on my Kindle - unreadable for me.

Mackay You don't even have to be sight-challenged for that aspect of the e-book to be big trouble. AWFUL Kindle production!
Walter Sibbons There is now an update available (for Kindle) which addresses this issue!

I was originally annoyed that the font on the "in game" chat was so small and couldn't be shown to match the desired font size. But I have since learned the reason why. Those chat logs show one to three (often two or three) simultaneous chats. By seeing them side-by-side you can follow the timing of who says what to who when. I don't think the timing of the simultaneous chats is a big (or even small) factor on the overall plot, but I'm only at around 35% of the book.

So, there was no way to show them in a larger font and maintain the multiple simultaneous timelines (ie. columns).

The new update solves the issue by still showing the original chat pages as images as before, but then follows them with the chats one by one in the book's normal font size. So you lose the exact timing of when each message is sent in respect to other simultaneous chats, but you can now read them. I think this is the best solution to making the entire book readable on Kindle.
mary in my opinion you not need read one text to understand this plot!
Totally unnecessary to understand what is happening
Jan Agree absolutely. Tried on Kindle and Kindle app on iPad. If you increase the font to read the chats, you then have to decrease it to read the rest of the book. Very frustrating.
Nigel Willams I easily increased the font size in the Kindle app on my iPad.
Sarah I could increase the font on my kindle but it was a pain in the neck having to do it for every page. Supposedly this is fixed now.
Larasaur The online chats are duplicated afterwards in regular-sized print. So you can just skip over the part in tiny print.
Steph I noticed this issue with the chat room text. Early in the book , after the small image of text, the book has the same conversation within the "regular" text that you can enlarge. I'm about 20% in and it seems that they no longer even include the initial smaller text, but just chat room conversation within the "regular" text.
