I have enjoyed all of your books, especially the Inside Out series. I was wondering how do you come up with the ideas and backstories.? Lisa Renee Jones Thank you so much, JoAnn! The Inside Out series was actually partially inspired by true events. My husband and I used to auction hunt and he found a journal in one of the units (not nearly as steamy or intriguing as Rebecca's) but juicy nonetheless because he was living vicariously through someone else's words. So he helped inspire the Inside Out series to a certain point. And really once I get a glimmer or what the story I want to write will be about the rest comes to me through the characters or I pull from crazy experiences that I've had or people around me have told me about :)
