Lia
Lia asked Stuart Gibbs:

hi Mr. Gibbs. I was just wondering, doesn’t Erica’s diet lack in essential nutrients? Like you need fat and sugar to survive, but Erica doesn’t eat those. If she rarely eats chicken and steak for example, how often is she supposed to eat it to survive? Sorry for bothering you with questions, your just my favorite author.

Stuart Gibbs Someone who is vegan or vegetarian is perfectly capable of getting all the nutrients they need to survive. Yes, your body needs fats and sugars, but the fats and sugars that you get from, say, avocados or berries are far better for you than the ones you get from potato chips and candy bars. Honestly, if everyone ate the way Erica does, we'd p[robably all be much healthier.
