Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Sophia Maria Nicolopoulos "Dried Daisies Sprouting from my Desk" is a coming-of-age poetry collection written during the pandemic. It's celebrating the transformative power of questioning what you always thought of as a standard. It's inspired by my personal experiences and starts with a persona too tied in with her family to a persona too absorbed with her anxiety and depression. In the process, the persona finds love and the meaning of humility by interacting with nature. It's honest, raw, and very intimate.
