Little Eddie, as much as I'd like to chat about tuna and other important stuff, I have to express my concerns about this takeover. Is this the first step to rule the world? What is the impact on John's writing? Shall we expect cat characters in the future books, pointing out the cat point of view and the importance of tuna? Will there be a cat's note, replacing the author's note? BTW: You look great:-)

Silly human, we alredy rule the world. You buy us food, pet us, clean up after us. You are simply pet slaves to us and that is the way the world is. As for the guy who pets me scribbling, I have no idea why he spends so much time typing on those keys but he likes it so I let him do it.

I'm only halfway through the 2nd (slash 4th) book in the series, but am curious how much, if any of the events are based on your HS experiences? (When I write, even if my characters and storyline have almost nothing to do with my life history, I'll often throw in some real-life events. They're almost like easter eggs for people who know me, I think.)
