Hello, Summer:
The main character called her grandma “G-mama”. I’ve never heard of this word but I’m assuming this is Southern slang. How would one pronounce this?? Gee-mama? Guh-mah-muh? In my head, I’m just saying “grandma”, but I don’t think that’s right.

I listened to the audiobook and the narrator said Gee-mama.
