Using sites like Lulu is illegal. Fanfiction is creative works of copyrighted material. Any monetary exchange/profit is illegal and could pose a threat to fanfiction as a whole. The only ethical way to get a physical copy is to print and bind it yourself or get a copy as a gift from a binder.

No, there is no actual place or location where you’d be able to purchase the physical copy. However there are many websites that are able to print the books for you, as long as you have the pdf of the book downloaded. One of which I am aware of is Lulu.com
