Hi! I've never read your books before, so what kind of books do you produce?

Patrick Scattergood Hi there!

Firstly, thank you for the great question. Sorry it's taken me so long to answer it, but I've been working on my new book.

Secondly, the easiest way to describe my books is that I write whatever pops into my mind. I'm a proud multi-genre lgbtq+ writer.

I've co-written a sci-fi adventure called Time to Burn that looks at the impact war, grief and anger can have on a person. The main character is given the chance to turn back time but is warned there will be consequences if he does.

There's also The Case of the Morbid Detection, which is my take on Sherlock Holmes and something I'm very proud of.

Finally, I've written the dark urban fantasy series Mother, Dearest. A series praised for its portrayal of mental health and the LGBTQ rep while creating a world of magic, fairytale characters, deities, and even a half-dead talking deer who helps the heroes. It consists of two books at the moment but the third is coming out soon.
