Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Heather Neds I came up with the idea for Discipleship 5K from my own life experience. When I started to make it a priority to live a healthier lifestyle, it included physical exercise as well as spending more time studying the scriptures. I found myself reflecting on the scripture and praying while I was doing my physical activities. I eventually began an outline and Discipleship 5K grew from there.
