Regarding a hardcover omnibus of Realm, I'm afraid the only omnibus I know about is this one... https://www.amazon.co.uk/Realm-Damned... ...which appears to be in paperback. I know that publishers are suffering under the paper crisis at the moment, so it's quite possible that any hardback edition might have been delayed. So sorry I can't be any more help to you on this.
