What is the writing style of this book? I am 20 percent in the book and it seems confusing, Who are the <b>Narrators </b>. Is it something like inner thoughts. Kindly someone answer. As I have seen this book has outstanding reviews mostly 5 star but why I am struggling to read it.

(About the narrator thing, you've probably finished the book by now and realized it doesn't carry on past 50%.)(less)
