I read…moreThe cover led me to believe this was something different. I read it because of the buzz and was expecting something lighter based on the cover. I read books in many genres so I was not/ would not have been put off by it. I did think that the main character would have hated the cover. I thought it was funny. It's definitely targeted towards women, maybe we haven't come as far as we think we have or maybe the cover helped it to reach the demographic it was looking for. There's nothing wrong with pink and the pencil was in her hair. (less)
