No. Meluha is just an imaginary place. So is Swadeep. They are just the parts if the Indus valley civilization and India itself.

I did some googling around Meluha. It seems Meluha is the name given to the Indus Valley Civilization by the Sumerians. So in a way, Meluha did exist in history from whatever I could gather from my limited Googling.
