Karen Witemeyer Hi, Roxanne. I'm glad you have enjoyed the Ladies of Harper's Station series so well. I toyed with the idea of writing a novella about Aunt Henry (one of the two Chandler sisters) when I was working on a Christmas collection, but that idea was set aside when I decided to write A Texas Christmas Carol instead. I might come back to the aunts one day, but my plate is currently filled with new projects, so I'm not sure if that will ever come to be or not. Then again, I thought I was finished with the Archers and ended up writing one final novella for them a few years ago, so you never know. :-)

Hi! I have read every one of your books except for Love on the Mend and I absolutely loved them all! I was wondering how you come up with different characters for each book and still make all of them so perfect in their own way?
