Michael asked Jeff Wheeler:

I've just read The Druid (via First Reads) and I reckon it was bonza. I was held in rapt attention from start-to-end. I'll read 'Your First Million Words' next as I languish in, "I think I'd like to be a fantasy writer but I'm too scared to try," limbo. Anyway, I was struck at how tasteful and 'right' feeling the names of people and places in the story are; how'd you do that? Is it a knack?

Jeff Wheeler Glad you enjoyed The Druid! Like any craft, spending thousands of hours on something makes you better. Knack or not, it's just a lot of practice.
