Jose Alvarez
Jose Alvarez asked Jason Pargin:

Can I make a videogame of your book?

Jason Pargin I don't personally have the rights so I can't really give permission, but I assume nobody cares, it's not like we've made our own game that you'd be competing with. But this is not a legally binding answer, I think video game rights are held by the studio who bought the film and TV rights. But again I can't imagine anybody out there is issuing takedown notices on fan-made games, since they'd just be helping promote sales of the book/movie.
