aisha asked Joseph Delaney:

At what age did you begin to write novels?

Joseph Delaney I started writing when I was a full time teacher and used to get up at 6 am every morning and write before I went to work. I got the idea for the Apprentice in my thirties, but didn't start writing it until I was in my fifties and got the opportunity to write a story for Random House.
