Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Maci Aurora I'd read a series of popular adult fantasy romances as a mental escape from having finished writing and publishing a new adult contemporary In the Echo of this Ghost Town. I wanted to flex my creative muscles, thinking it was just an exercise for fun. I opened my book of Grimm's Fairytales, points and landed on The Golden Key. Using that as a starting point, I just started writing. One week later, In the Shadow of a Wish had a rough draft. It was a whirlwind!
