I am a little confused about the side stories at the end of this manga. I also want to read "If you hate me so", which is the spin off. Should I read all the bonus chapters at the end of "Love is an Illusion" before starting "If you hate me so"?

I'd read all the bonus chapters, just because it gives a nice conclusion to all the couple's stories, but I don't think it's necessary to read before "If You Hate Me So."
